The "Measure Twice, Cut Once" Rule Because fabric is cut specifically to your requested length, our return policy is as follows:

• Cut Fabrics: Once a fabric has been cut from the bolt to your specific yardage, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or is the incorrect item.
• Defective Goods: If you receive fabric with a manufacturing defect or if we sent the wrong material, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.
• Pre-Cut Bundles & Notions: Unopened bundles, patterns, and sewing notions may be returned within 14 days in their original, unopened packaging for store credit.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been cut or shipped.

Note: We highly recommend ordering a swatch before committing to large yardage to ensure the color and weight meet your expectations.
